We purchased our Nellies Wow Mop a couple of years ago, a great machine for cleaning both tiles surfaces and carpet. It re vitalises the pile on carpet as well as refreshing it. We recently had a problem with our Mop but the superb after sales service was fantastic. We would recommend this unit and company to anyone.

I love the solution of your product. The mop is great for me as l have arthritis. No bending , l put the solution and top up the tank with water. I make sure the battery is charged, clean pads on and mopping l go. It doesn't take at lot of time. I have floor boards. Its brilliant. They certainly aren’t firm, in fact there’s nothing to them. It’s hard to write a review as there really is nothing to them. My husband didn’t even know he had a new pillow. Highly overrated and overpriced, even at ‘buy one and get one free’ price

When i purchased the frying pan set i was told it came with a lifetime warranty, all part of the sales pitch. " Apparently not" The disappointing part is i love using the frying pans to cook
Not the best doesn't work as shown on TV leaves streak marks on glass.
I have had numerous issues which has been fantastically managed by Show TV staff but it is still very annoying to have this product and not being able to use as intended
Although working fine now again I sort of sit and wait for the next thing to happen to it.
I believe this airfryer is a bit slower in cooking food than another type of airfryer but still a good product to use.
