Shipping and Delivery Times

Order before 9am (Mon-Fri) and your order will be dispatched the same day from our Mount Maunganui Warehouse.

All orders will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched - if you do not see it in your main inbox please check alternate folders and mark the email as important so you don't miss out on any order updates.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

  • North Island Express: 1-2 Days
  • North Island Standard: 2-4 Days
  • South Island Express: 2-3 Days
  • South Island Standard: 3-5 Days

*Please note for rural delivery allow an extra 2-4 days to the above guidelines although in many cases it will be quicker than this!

never got my order

I have asked where my order is and they said it was picked up from courier back in December but I have never received it? they said they will investigate and get back to me but I am still waiting to hear from them. this was my second order , first one went well. I am just disappointed...

We are sorry to hear that the couriers have taken so long to deliver your order, especially considering we shipped it in good time between all the public holidays in December.
It looks like there has been a delay in your orders delivery and it is in your home state in a processing centre, and also it appears you have lodged an enquiry with them which is great start.
Now that this issue has been brought to our attention we would love to take the reins on this investigation and report back to you! Our couriers are a third party so unfortunately when they experience delays it is out of our control, but we will always support our customers throughout their online shopping journey to completion, even it means a loss for our small business. I need a couple more. They are very good at drying my dogs off after swimming or showering them and if my Golden bring water inside. I gave a four as a five star improvement would be if my dog could wear it afterward.
