Woll Titanium Nowo 10.5L Roaster with Cast Lid

Entertaining made delicious - and easy! Woll roasters can be used in the oven for roasting, casseroles (all those amazing one pot meals!) or on top of the stove for browning off the meat, finishing up the gravy, soups, stews and more! The Super sized 10.5 Litre roaster is big enough to fit two legs of lamb or three chickens so if you are cooking for large groups it will be very handy!  We also have a 6 litre size available.

Why buy the CAST lid version over the glass lid version?  This version has a very versatile cast lid which can be used as:

  • An entirely separate oven tray for baking, roasting, or grilling (or even a large apple pie - yummy!)
  • A frying pan on top of the stove or BBQ (think, browning meat, gravy, steaks, stir fries and more!)
  • Flip the lid upwards to sit inside the roaster, enabling cast-sealed cooking inside the roaster, and open top tray cooking for your roast vegetables above
  • As a normal cast lid which will retain a perfectly even temperature, locking in moisture and heat for succulent meals every time

The cast lid is as good as buying a roaster and a frying pan/cooking tray in one!  Plus you receive a glass lid (ovenproof to 250°C) FREE with purchase so you can use the cast lid as a separate dish if required.

Our roasters are suitable for any type of oven, as well as gas/ceramic/electric stovetops

Nowo Sauté Frying Pans

This is our thrd Nowo Sauté Frying Pans. We havent had a great run with them due to the surface breaking away from the pan. However the after sales support has been exemplary.

Best frypan I have ever owned

Excellent Fry Pan

In the first 3 years I found the fry pan a pleasure to cook foods without sticking. Flaky fish, French fried bread and eggs just slide off with no mess. The pan retains the heat. It is easy to clean. For these reasons I purchased the Woll fry pan.

This is my third pan that I have purchased.
On my first pan, the non-stick feature failed after 3 years. My second pan failed after 4 years. I went to great lengths to follow the instructions for it use. On the first pan I may have over heated the pan on one occasion and damaged the non-stick feature.
On the second pan I over cooked and burnt some meat with honey and plum sauce. It was not long after that the non-stick failed. (The pan had a rough surface and food would stick into it)
I think you need to be selective with cooking foods that have sauces and make sure you don’t burn foods in the pan?
