To our Show TV fans, friends, and family,
It’s a new year! Many of us were ready to see the back of 2020 – Show TV included where so many of our live events were cancelled. Live Events is what Show TV was built on, for many years they have been the lifeblood of our business and though we now have a great online presence, the social interaction at our shows with our customers was sorely missed (and we are loving having them back!)
Though we Kiwis are in a privileged position compared to overseas, unfortunately we are not immune to the supply chain issues being seen worldwide due to COVID-19. Shortages in raw materials, staffing at factories, shortages in containers, shortages in the ships themselves, freight forwarder delays, and extended backlogs at our ports, are all contributing to product shortages and delays. Shipments that should have been with us in December are still in transit, with estimated time of arrivals changing weekly.
For our customers, we appreciate all of your support – especially those waiting on pre-order purchases that are taking longer than we had been advised. If you are waiting on a purchase that has taken longer than you were advised, please get in touch with us so we can give you our best estimate on any reviewed ETAs from our products in transit.
