Not great comms by provider re slow delivery but product is great quality. Unfortunately I find it heavy to lift with food in it, with one hand which means serving is a little slower. Understandably it takes a bit longer to get to heat due to the thick base
Pleased with my new pan. It’s the size I wanted and can simmer happily on the gas hob without burning at all. Nice even heat.

I have used my new fry pan almost every day since receiving it and has surprised me with how well the food is cooked every time. I’m thrilled I splashed out and spent the money.
Love the pan, easy to clean, handle comes on and off easily, heats evenly and hold the heat so you can turn it down and then off allowing food to finish cooking in the heat of the pan. Love it!
I bought this at the Hime Show, and took a while to arrive, however well worth the wait. I got rid of the old non-stick pan as I use the new Woll pan all the time. :)
Pan reminds me of my grandmother's cookware she used on her coal range.
I love using my Nowo Frying Pan, as I love that you can sauté' and place pan into oven straight from stove top.
These pans are great when new. Unfortunately we seem to have hit on a bad patch and had to return 3. We were advised that the manufacturing during covid led to some issues.
But the NZ agents were great, replacing all of them.
Currently they are working very well. We don't use oil or butter and everything simply slides out of the pans, and cleaning up is a breeze. Long may this continue.
