we now have 3 of these in the house, all in use, definitely a bit expensive but i’d say overall it’s worth it, right types of temperatures are kept in the appropriate seasons, it’s pretty good

I've just looked into this for you.
We dispatched your order on Feb 16th, and it was attempted delivery and the couriers left a calling card on Feb 22nd. They held your order for a couple weeks, but it has now been returned to us - looks like it arrived back at our warehouse just now.
Don't worry though, now that we know this has happened we will be able to resolve this for you easily. We'll flick through an email to get the ball rolling on this today.

Very pleased with the mop, not impressed with the delivery, received my mop 28 days ago& still do not have all of what it comes with. Had to be sent the handle attachment a week later & still waiting for spare battery & continually being told that it is in the mail, but have not yet received it.
I was sceptical!

I bought my nellies mop last august here in New Zealand . i was just got new italian tiles put down and have not long been using it. now it does not go. i got an email to say change the battery on the remote i did. still didn't go . i took it into get another battery put in by MR mint and he checked it with his machinE saying the battery in the remote is fine. its the base that isn't connecting, i was then given an email to give my complaint . to find out after many emails they were in Vancouver. i have sent emails to Darryl who deals with problem here tv. sales for Nellies still no answer .. no answer on their customer service number . I left my name and number. still nothing. it is expensive. I so enjoyed it when it worked the few times i have had it. where to here - i wouldn't know. be careful folks Caroline Nelson NZ. Wow really great dishes I was amazed at the room in the dish took a whole large chicken, Flatstacks all the way for me
