Shipping and Delivery Times

Order before 9am (Mon-Fri) and your order will be dispatched the same day from our Mount Maunganui Warehouse.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to courier work load but General Guidelines are as follows:

Love it, works well, haven’t used it on carpets as I have floorboards, but works as advertised.

Do not buy they don’t work as per video. I have also tried to contact them for a refund and they are just avoiding me. I have sent emails, tried to call and they are now avoiding me. Phone number just rings out they don’t answer and they don’t return your call.

You have not replied I have also sent you multiple other videos which show the product is not working. I rang you this week and you answered. You laughed at me on the phone and then told me the warranty team will be in touch on Thursday as your warranty team only work one day per week. And surprise no response. I will do as many videos as you like with the Shammy dry, wet drenched whatever you like at the end of the day the product doesn’t work and you avoid contacting me. I have now notified ACCC who will be in touch.

You also told me I am the only person who has ever complained about the product yet when u look at your reviews others have the same issue.
