Useful size and brilliant Product

I own several Woll product and one of the largest Iron products, this square fits perfectly into my cooking/ baking / roasting collection.
My trial with this item was Polish Huntsman's stew (Bigos) and I must say the square performed brilliantly from stove top to table to fridge and back to oven
Highly recommend! - if you only buy one piece of Iron for your kitchen make it this one. I would recommend it above the French brand - I also have several of those, which I do use, however each item has a different use.
The square makes a great all rounder - especially for the newbie cook, or someone who is budget conscious and is looking to build their collection.
